Blackwell Builders asked us to be involved in the restoration of the old Johnson Boat Works in Waterfront Park. With the increased interest the waterfront district, the warehouse was converted to condominiums. Our role was to provide A-V, security and control options for the new home buyer.

The builder wanted AVI to maximize their model home amenities and increase the value to the potential home owner. Additionally, with the different sales staff that work at the model, an easy to use, foolproof control system was high on the list. The new RTI control with Smartphone interface and control was implemented.
